  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
